Quality and Attentive Service, Comfortable and Clean Facilities
Service was easy to schedule at a time convenient to me. Service Associate was polite, friendly, efficient. The work was completed in estimated time frame . My battery tested low and they took the initiative to replace it under warranty. Waiting area is very comfortable, clean, and pleasant.

Above and Beyond
The service department at this Scottsdale Hyundai always exceeds my expectations. I have owned many luxury cars before, but the treatment and Service I get for my Geneses is a cut above all other brands.

Exceptional Hospitality and Work from Service Department
As always, courteous, friendly, and professional service experience. I have come to look forward to my service department visits and always bring my laptop and enough desk work to make it a very productive time. Good Internet speeds along with fresh coffee, bagels, fruit cup, and sweet breads enhance the wait and make time time "fly by", so much that I often remain in their lounge so I can finish my "desk" projects! Thanks for making keeping my car maintained a happy affair!

My Impression of the whole incident.
When I first called into the service guy I had to repeat myself two to three times. It was like he was distracted and he was. He sped me through the process hurriedly and as I said before, he told me it would take four hours. After five, I called and an hour later he called back. Kind of unsettling. In contrast the shuttle drivers were both very friendly and nice. They made the rides pleasant. Kudos to them.

Better than most of the other dealers on the FLW strip
Norm Rosen, was my Service Advisor. He was very professional and took care of me expeditiously.

The dealership would be more credible if it followed the Hyundai recommended service menu in the manual.
In some areas, they try to do their own thing.
