Lack communication

Original issue was not fixed during first visit. No paperwork was given as to what was performed during visit. Communication was lacking in multiple aspects. Very disappointed with the sevice but I would still highly recommend the Hyundai brand.

Mike I’m service was very friendly. He had to be a little extra friendly because I went into service thinking i would get a balance and rotation of tires, when I’m fact i needed new tires and was upset to put that amount of money on the vehicle. But Mike was very friendly and took pictures of my tires showing me that in fact the tires were not in working order.
