My car was one of the Hyundais that had to have a full powertrain replacement and service made this process which had already been super frustrating a very pleasant experience ask for what it was worth. I will never purchase another Hyndai but the service dept made this experience pleasant. I got my car back ahead of schedule and they took care of me during the whole process awesome crew

It was average.
I'm aware that Hyundai's services are more expensive then off brand places, but I feel like the experience itself could be better. We were quoted under an hour for a time estimate and it ended up taking between two to three hours. I wish they had been honest up front so that we were not late to our next appointment. Overall, it was average but the staff is very friendly and the dealership is always very clean.

Mike helped me tremendously with my last service visit.
The fact that Hyundai has chosen to utilize wiring with a soy-based cover in its vehicles makes their cars attract mice to the soy coating where they chew through that coating and the wiring within disrupting the function of the systems served by those wires. Although we routinely house our 2017 Tucson Eco in a closed garage, it is impossible to keep all such vermin out since garage doors are not mouse-proof. Within two weeks we had two incidents in which a wheel sensor wire was damaged by vermin. The first severance of the wire was misdiagnosed by the service department as "road hazard" damage. That cost us $306 plus time and mileage since the car had to be left overnight. The dealership was kind in providing us with a "loaner" car to return home and back the next day to pick up the car since the part was not stocked requiring overnight delivery. We live about 50 miles from the dealership. Approximately one week later, similar symptoms indicated a recurrence of the problem. This time vermin damage was the decide to be the probable cause and, retrospectively, felt to be the previous problem. Mike, the service writer, intervened by speaking to the service manager to lower our $260+ bill to a much more affordable rate. Thank you, Mike, and thanks to the service manager. However, this does not alleviate the threat of this and other vermin induced damages that may occur as a result of Hyundai using wiring that attracts such vermin damage. If soy-based wiring is necessary, deterrent measures by Hyundai are a must to prevent such problems. Any further recurrences will provoke legal action on my part to hold Hyundai responsible for making products that are essentially vermin bait! Since approximately 2013, my wife and I have purchased two new Sonatas, two new Tucsons and one used Tucson. I assure you this will be my last Hyundai purchase. I cannot own or let my wife drive a car that threatens her safety and lacks reliability by being subject to vermin damage while parked! That is ludicrous! I do not intend to have to set mouse traps around the car each time and place that I park it!

My next car will be another Hyundai but l will explore other options for service. I would recommend a purchase at this dealership but warn them of getting service done there.
