Great Service
I brought my car in for a routine oil change/tire rotation. I was in and out within an hour and the Service Attendant could not have been nicer. Great Service Dept!!

I have only been to a dealership except once since we bought our cars in 2008 and 2009 and this was a problem with the dealership of Rick Case on Roswell Ga—i have always found good honest mechanics and always loved my car and. When people like my car I will send them to you as I have in the past to Ed Voyle when I lived in Marietta

Called Hyundai custmer service corporate and they open a case file, im still waiting to hear back. Hyundai mall of ga " Michael" is doing there best to get me taken care of HOPEFULLY!!

Friendly & Professional Service staff. I highly recommend the sale staff. Sales Manager Eldin Elezvioc is outstanding & is the main reason my wife & I bought both of our vehicles.
My only issue is Hyundia's GPS update policy. They charged $145 dollars to download the update to the 16 gig SIM card (had to buy a SIM Reader for $20) which took nearly 90 mins. to complete & another 30 mins+ to verify the information. Then I had to place the SIM card back into the vehicle & it took another 1+ hour for it to update the system. All of that loss time I can accept but not the $145 charge. I had a 7" touch screen Garmin GPS that came with Life Time Traffic & Map Updates & it cost roughly $250 (purchase price of the Hyundia GPS system was a lot more) . If I had know about the update charge when I purchased my 2 vehicles, I would have kept my Garmin & saved a lot of money. Hyundia should make these upgrade free to their customers. I won't be upgrading my Tuscon anytime soon.

Not so great.
At the time of my service visit I was offered a new service - a sanitizing of the interior of my car. It was an introductory special. It was offered at an introductory price of $5.00. The regular price is supposed to be $29.99. There was no evidence that the service was done. I expected that the interior would have been wiped with wipes or at the least it had been sprayed with a sanitizing spray. The Clorox brand was shown on the sign advertising the service. Nothing had been wiped and there was so fragrance indicating that a sanitizing spray had been used. I checked my bill and I was charged for the service. I called after I picked up my car and it was put into voice mail. This is not the first time for a disappointing visit.

Great dealership
I Highly recommend this dealership, the service dpt. Was an excellent experience.

I had an oil change done which only took 25 min.

I had a Hyundai shuttle run to Bojangles down the street and got a chicken sandwich and coffee to bring back to Hyundai.

Just finishing the last bite of the sandwich my car was ready!!

100% great service!!
