Great coffee selection
Brought my car in for a repair under warranty and was in and out in under an hour and a half on a Saturday morning.
Waiting room has free wifi, a tv, comfortable chairs and lots of coffee.

Service providers and waiting area suck!
Should be able to wash and detail vehicles that are left for service. Should have been able to locate leak while I was able to leave vehicle for the day ....requested to bring vehicle back again.

Great Service
Mike in service was awesome. Took me in without an appointment and got me taken care of in short order. Was able to use complimentary WiFi while I waited so didn't miss a beat at work.

Note: Should uncover WiFi connection info in waiting area. Was covered by some merchandising.

Couldn’t be Happier!
Hyundai in Buford serviced my Sonata. From the start, Mike set proper expectations at the beginning to deliver an extraordinary experience. He was super knowledgeable, responsive and very friendly. This was a breath of fresh air compared to the last dealership we dealt with (ALM). While my vehicle was being serviced, I had a small issue that was addressed by the manager Dustin. Once again, the service from all levels of employment were consistent and exceeded my expectations. Big kudos to Mike and Dustin for delivering an experience that gained Auto Nation a customer for life.

Thank you for your response, I understand your frustration with the results of your repair. The findings of you cutting and trying to repair your own head lights is what lead to them no being covered. If you would have brought the car in without trying to repair them, this would not be an issue. You replaced the whole inside wiring harness with a after market wire and plug with home electrical wire nuts. Hyundai unfortunately will not accept that and pay for that. We are always here to help in the best way we can. Unfortunately in your case there was nothing we could do. If you would like to discuss further please call men.

Only real complaint I would have about my last service is that I asked them to check the tire pressure because one of my tires seems to be losing pressure. They checked and said everything was great but two days later, my tire pressure was off again and the light back on.

Quick repair......
(1) Know your vehicle and what routine service it needs before you enter any dealership. AutoNation Hyundai keeps good records of any maintenance you have had performed there. A benefit of taking your car to the same place you bought it. My next routine (120,000 mile) maintenance will happen in another 2000 miles so, I knew I didn't need to get this ahead of time and confirmed this with the service agent.
(2) On-line resources can be used to understand a problem if there is one before you go in for diagnosis and repair. Be informed it will make your service encounter a better one.
(3) 2011 Hyundai Sonata with break lights staying on and draining the battery. I found the problem from a web search - the brake peddle pad was worn out. I confirmed that by a simple self inspection. A known problem with this model. I had the break peddle mechanism and pad replaced on a recall and under warranty at 30k about 3 years ago.
(4) When I presented to the service department I asked how much it would cost to repair this problem and if it was still warranted. Don't be shocked by labor estimates they are justifiably more than you'd expect but still reasonable. Don't expect to pay $15/h for labor. I left the car and got a call back 30m latter with a reasonable estimate.
(5) When the repair was completed and I presented to pick up the car, the cost was less than the estimate by a lot. That may have had something to do with that I knew exactly what the problem was, how much time it should take to repair it and what the total cost of repair should be ...... On the other hand this could just be a very honest dealership. I'll go with the later.
(6) I could have bought the brake peddle pad and installed it myself saving labor costs but it is a difficult area to access. You can install it improperly and will fail again if you do that. For a Hyundai trained and certified mechanic who's probably done this repair a dozen times its easy. Let the experts do it and the work is warranted.
(7) I've used this dealership many times. Work is always excellent and I feel pretty confident that the service department of this dealership is honest.
