Quick Help when I was in a bind.
Our car would not start on a hot Saturday afternoon even when trying to jump start it from another vehicle. We could not even roll the windows up... and it started to rain. We called the local dealership (Hiley Hyundai of Burleson) and the Service Manager (Mary) put us in touch with a towing company. We had the car towed to the dealership. Even though it was nearly closing time for business on a holiday weekend, the Service Manager and Shop personnel very quickly evaluated our car and gave us a diagnosis so we would not have to wait 3 days to find out if it was something simple. Within just a couple of hours of our initial problem, we were back on the road again. Kudos to the Service Manager and Shop Personnel for being proactive and very helpful to us.

I'm diabetic and I was concerned about my safety while I had my state inspection done at the dealership. I was glad to see how the customer's waiting area was set up. Mary had me in and out of the waiting room in 30 minutes.
