The BEST service department
I live in Waco (where there is a local Hyundai dealership), but for the past 2 years I've driven 60 miles to Burleson to get work done on my Genesis--whether it's an oil change, new tires or a repair. Why? It's the best dealership service department I've every worked with. Mary provides the steady leadership for the team. She looks out for the customer, gives honest feedback about whether the repair can wait or the more expensive option is worth it or not etc. I just had some work done with only a two hour window to get it completed. She put 2 guys on the job and had me out of there, with my car washed, in under 2 hours. Can't say enough good stuff. If you own a Hyundai/Genesis and haven't had an excellent service experience yet, make the trip to Burleson. It's worth the drive!

Oil change
Waited 2 plus hours for them to complete a scheduled oil change appointment. Everything else was a little above average but not on par to my other car's dealership (Mits).

I have had several Hyundia’s and I am very pleased with the service department. Mary in service is outstanding. She is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Mary goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best service.

Very friendly and trustworthy
I have been going to Hiley Hyundai for years. I have never been disappointed. Love the staff! I love that they have the mechanics take a video with an overview of the status of your vehicle and send it to you so you can see the status of your vehicle.
