Best service experience at a dealer
We took our car in for the 2nd oil change. Once again, another perfect experience. Changed the oil, washed the car, and rotated the tires! All in about the same amount of time as any stand alone oil change place. Best dealer service department I've encountered. They seem to have their stuff together.

Don't buy a Tucson until you are absolutely sure the transmission issue has been resolved
I HATE the way the transmission handles on this car. I just had the 2nd recall on it and it is rougher than ever.

My car was not fixed. Just charged for something that wasn't even done. And if it was done it made it worse.

I apologize that you felt the service advisor and technician's actions were directed towards you, but I don't believe that was the case.  However, I never want our clients to perceive we don't believe them.  I've spoken to both the advisor and technician about their professionalism in the presence of our clients.  I'm glad to hear that your pick up experience was much better.
