Very nice people at Hiley - shuttle service very much appreciated
Someone needs to check scheduled services to make sure that when the customer arrives they have the parts necessary to do the job. If the parts are not in, do not wait until customer arrives to tell them, but call them and give them a chance to re-schedule.

It's average
They are very friendly and helpful but they are outrageously expensive on labor to change a cabin air filter that only takes 30 seconds.

Excellent service. You can't improve on excellent. We had a timing belt and belts on the motor replaced. Transmission fluid flushed, radiator flushed, and several other things done since our mileage is at 65,000 miles. Everything was completed same day. I took it in early morning and it was ready by 5:00pm. Unbelievable turn-around time. Good job!!!
