friendly customer service and explained all problems with vehicle
Kept my car longer than expected and gave me a clean lower class car to drive, " only one I had". Expensive repair for a fairly inexpensive part, labor was the most expensive.

Great Customer Service From People Who Care!
I had previously had two bad experiences from another Hyundai Dealership. So, I decided to take my Santa Fe to Hiley Hyundai based on the reviews. The customer service that I received was fantastic. Mary, the Service Rep., was very helpful and caring. She put forth every effort to ensure that my Santa Fe was properly diagnosed and repairs made in a timely manner. I will always return to Hiley for all of my service needs.
