I was greeted with a smile by my service provider. She informed me of the anticipated wait time and it was accurate. I got updates on the status of the repair process. My car was washed when I received it and the TV worked this time.

Second Time everything is great
My second experience with Pohanka Hyundai’s Service Team was great. I was invited back by Jackie to get my 2016 Hyundai Tucson diagnosed, and Jackie made sure my vehicle was looked at, made calls to my warranty company to get approval on the items that needed fixing, and she also kept me in the loop the whole time.

Mechanics are behind
The mechanic shop was behind 5-7 days for diagnostic services. They will not give you a rental until they diagnose the problem which means you can be without transportation for 5-7 days until the problem is found out.

Pohanka Hyundai, needs honor appointments before walk-ins. Also, they need to invest in a courtesy shuttle to provide to be able to provide excellent service.

Excellent Service Provider!
I had a flat tire, so I needed to have it repaired, or I had to purchase a new one. Sean. did an excellent job in informing me of the process I needed to go through. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had to return the next day for a new tire, but my wait time both days was minimal. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Pohanka Hyundai for service needs.
