Good Service
The service check in was quick. I left my car there so I'm not sure how much time the service actually took but it was all ready to go by the time I got back. The only thing that was disappointing is : i brought my car in to replace a part. I knew it need to be replaced and told the person on the phone this.. in hopes that if we needed to order a part we could do so before bringing it in. I will admit that i didnt specifically ask for the part to be ordered but i did say "i dont know if yall need to order this but i need it replaced" the person responded with "oh those are pretty easy". I get a call after bringing my car in that they couldnt replace the part because the they needed to order it.. and id have to come in again.. its a little inconvenient but like i said overall im happy.

Friendly service. Usually spot on.
Took car in for an oil change and to check my sun roof. I had hail damage and had taken my car to a paint less dent repair shop. Severe wind noise so I took car back to the paint less dent repai to adjust. I still didn't think the roof was put back correctly so I asked the Hyundai dept to check out the sun roof. They said it was in the proper position. Long story short I ended up having to take the car to a body shop to get the sun roof adjusted. Turned out the headliner wasn't put back correctly. This was not a Hyundai service dept issue, but I expect a lot from them, and usually they out perform my expectations. For this reason I gave them 4 stars instead of the normal 5 stars they usually get.
Would recommend Eckert service dept for anything else. I will be going back for car service and maintenance.

Typical Unreliable, Untruthful Sales Department - Service Dept Great So Far.
When I purchased this car in March it was not even cleaned properly. Streaks on the windows and dust on the dashboard. The sales process took well over four hours. I felt like I had been beat up when I left. Coming in to this maintenance I did not have high hopes for Eckert. If this oil change would not have been free, I would definitely have gone somewhere else. The experience with the service department was much better.

They got me in right away, when I discovered I had a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, it could not be patched, and I had to buy a new tire. But, the size tire I needed was in stock and they were able to fix the tire FAST-FAST-FAST!

I do apoligize about the car wash, we do wash vehicles upon request. It does rerquire an additional 20-30 min as we do hand wash them.
