Eckert Hyundai has fast, friendly service. The first time I took my car to Eckert I was treated like one of the family even though I had not purchased my Hyundai from them. Needless to say, I went to Eckert for my next vehicle purchase and have been a loyal customer ever since.

Knew what the problem was when described
When I described the problem they automatically knew what was wrong and fixed it within 1 hour. A fuse blew but they fixed it right away. Great service team!

The dealership is good. Takes way too long for an oil change. 1 hour. My paperwork wasn't completed because customer service advisor didn’t know how to print paperwork. I had no idea what had been done. It’s the little things that matter. Hope my critic helps improve things.

Poor Service Dept
Second trip to this dealer with my new Genesis Sedan and nothing but problems. The first instance was being told the tires were defective and they are not and the service completed was poor and incomplete. This time I had a special offer on pricing for service and the clerk would not honor it....this dealer (service department) is beyond poor. Don't buy a car or have one serviced at this dealership.

I am sorry you feel this way. I had spoken to you on your last visit and for some reason you seem to have concerns with our dealer. We understand you would like to go to another dealer and we respect that. I apologize that my cashier didn't except your coupon as well, however sir the coupon you brought in was for an oil change and rotate. the service you requested on line and in person was the 7 k service that includes special oil additives thus the additional cost.

This was my second service visit following the purchase of my vehicle at Eckert Hyundai. I find the service to be efficient and the service team to be willing to take the time answer my questions and not to automatically perform maintenance according to schedule if they find that my vehicle is not yet in need of that service. This is very refreshing and they are quickly earning my respect, trust, and loyalty.

Not very personable
I guess I am used to a better quality of service, ie as being met and greeted when I drop off my car. Also, I was told that the service would be an hour when I called to see how long it would take and it ended up being 3 1/2. I did not plan for this.
