Poor Communication, no loaner for Warranty Service work

I had brought my Sonata in for transmission issues, which ended up needing a total transmission replacement at 35,000 miles. Fortunately it was under Warranty, which is great, but the lack of communication was really the problem. I had to reach out myself a number of times over the almost 3 weeks the car was being serviced to find out how long it was going to take. The first call I received from them was that it was ready to pickup. I had been told when I dropped it off that I was on a wait list for a service loaner vehicle, which never transpired during the long time I was without a vehicle. Much as I understand that there's a longer process involved with Warranty repairs being approved by Hyundai, etc. it was clear that the service center was keeping me at the bottom of the list and not prioritizing my customer relationship.

Purchased my car brand new in 2018. As I said earlier. The repairs should’ve been covered by warranty. Instead of having it fixed, and covered, I was left with a vehicle that is still not drivable.
