Always reliable

Hyundai of Everett has been my "go-to" service center since we purchased our Elantra GT from them in 2013. Getting the car serviced is always a pleasant experience. They have never tried to talk me into service/repairs that are not needed. They are fairly priced, do good work and are always very professional and courteous. We'll keep coming back.

I’ve been going to this dealership for the past 4-5 yrs. I’ve bought 2 cars from them. One thing noticeable is that there’s no turn over rate in the service department, you begin to learn the techs by their first names. Theyre very simple, detailed in their explanations of any issues and of course have your best intentions in mind. They care about your car and your satisfaction!

Got me in right on time. The amount of time it took to do the service was also on time.

All work was done in a timely fashion. Needed to have front brakes added to the cost. I was satisfied with everything. However when I got in the car to go I realized the car had not been vaccumed. I spoke with Eric and he apologized and immediately resolved the issue. Very satisfied.
