I have had my various Hyundais serviced by the Lee Johnson over the years. They are top notch. I can pop in anytime I feel there may be a problem and they give me immediate attention. They even top off my oil on my older cars, if needed w no charge. The advisory team takes time to inform me of what's ahead and they are great communicators. The quality of the service I recieve is one of the reasons I have continued to buy Hyundais in Everett.

Car broke down and needed repaired
Had it towed to Lee Johnson and they looked at the problem and resolved the issue with a day. Eric was great and very responsive. Will be taking my car there now for continued service.

A pleasant service experience
Though the first service on my new vehicle was delayed, the actual service experience was quite pleasant. Service staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I waited at the dealership during the service and was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready faster than I expected. I will be happy to return to this dealership for my next service experience.

Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!
In the 7 years I've been taking my vehicle in for service at HOE, I've never had one bad experience nor doubted anything that has been suggested/done. All service advisors, especially Travis, have taken exceptional care of me and my wife, who is also a Hyundai owner. Will be purchasing my next vehicle (likely a Genesis) through HOE as well and plan on having it serviced there, exclusively.
