Trudy / Time and money.

I had an urgent issue with my car and they got me in for service on my time schedule. After checking all the issues plus rotating my tires, checking brake pads, changing my oil, and checking radiator, it only took an hour and the cost was only $40. Eric Robert's, my service advisor, was very professional and extremely helpful.

Thought I just needed an oil change

I took my Veloster in for a regular oil change. It turned out that the battery was about to give out. I was over 300 miles past the warranty but Hyundai still replaced it for free.

Great experience!

The service people are SO nice!... very interested in talking to you, and discussing what is best for your vehicle... willing to take as much time as needed to make you feel comfortable... the actual mechanic that would be working on my car, came over to talk and explain why things were done in certain ways and why... Just great people!.. I would never consider service anywhere else while I am in town.... I spend 6 months a year in Palm Springs and also get great service at Palm Springs Hyundai... but Hyundai of Everett is my fav...
