Trustworthy and efficient

I always get great service here. My Santa Fe is 10 yrs old and they have done all the maintenance on my car. That have never pushed any services that didn’t need to be done. They kept me posted on my front brakes. And kept telling me I could wait. So I did and by the way that’s my first set on this car.
I have been happy with my Santa Fe and it has never been in to the service dept. except for routine procedures. Still looks brand new.

My wife has an 04 Sonata and I have a 16 Tucson. I had them both recently serviced and checked up at Hyundai of Everett. Service techs were diligent to point out what was going fine with the cars and what might need attention in the future…all at a reasonable price. All in all, a good experience.

Oil Change unsatisfactory

I have only come here to do my oil changes - and in 6 years of owning my vehicle this last oil change was the only one that unsatisfactory. After returning home everything seeming to be in order - the next day I awoke to find an oil drip from under my car. When this didn't appear to be an excess oil dripping from the pan - we investigated a little more to find that the screw was not tight at all and that it could be loo loosened even more by a mere hand twist. I did call and ask and they were more than willing to check out the car - but I would have thought there would be a spec on this to ensure everything is tightened on the car. While this is the only time something like this has happened I still want it to be known.
