Service Rep Ty Ostreicher was extremely efficient and courteous in processing all my service needs. He is obviously very knowledgeable in the Hyundai brand and the needs of his customers. He kept me updated on the maintenance my vehicle was receiving and the expected time of completion. I was very pleased with my Holler experience.

So there are two things that were memorable from my last service visit. After arriving right on time and checking in with Ty, he made it a point to tell me that a few members of the team were down with COVID-19 and that the shop was short staffed, which may cause an extended wait time. As you can imagine this is not the news you want to hear when you check in for service however, to me it was important that Ty let me know that upfront right out of the gate, instead of glossing over it and me finding out later. Customers need to be fully informed even when the news is not good news. The second memorable thing about this visit is when getting back into my car, there was a $20 bill in the change cup. It must have slipped down in between the seats at sometime over the last several months and was apparently found by whomever vacuumed out the interior of my car. My thought upon seeing that the money was that there are probably some service centers out there where that $20 bill would not have been returned to me, but it was at Holler Hyundai. Please thank whomever cleaned my car for their honesty and integrity. So two types of honesty experienced during my last visit, both different, but both important to me as a customer. That is why the drive from Lake Nona is worth my time when my car needs service. Vince-Satisfied Customer
