Wait time.
Waiting for an oil change. 4 hours pass, nothing, haven’t touch the car. Needed to change a tire and the dealership removed the key to remove the tire. This is a safe issue for me. They claimed that they don’t use the customer key but I found the package in my trunk with the key removed.

Thank you, MATT the mechanic at Holler Hyundai for taking such good care of our Genesis G80! Matt did not stop working on our car until he was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem. He is an outstanding mechanic! Again, thank you for your hard work.

I would be remiss if I did not take a few moments to write about the excellent care that I received while my Genesis G80 was being worked on at Holler Hyundai. The constant communication I received from DAVION was nothing short of professional and consistent. He did not stop until he found the problem!! I would like to send out a sincere thank you to him for taking such good care of me!!

No COMMUNICATION
This is the second time this dealership has taken over 4 weeks to repair a transmission harnesses. They DO NOT return messages.... nobody seems to be able to tell me what is going on with my car. I live in Largo, and unfortunately the "rodents" in Orlando caused my car to be left behind with no offer of rental. 4 weeks later, almost $1000 in rental car and still no one can tell me what is going on with my car. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND RUN TO A REPUTABLE GROUP!!!! Do your due diligence people.... you stand warned.

Worst Service Department Ever!
Horrible customer service!! I brought my car in for complimentary maintenance, which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 11:00. When I arrived I was told that it would take 45 minutes to an hour and a half. At 12:02 that car had not been taken back to I inquired into when it would be ready. I was told that they had fallen really behind and it would likely be around 2:45. I told her that I could not wait that long and needed my car and would reschedule. I called to reschedule and was told that I should not expect to ever wait less than 3 hours. She said that they are actually overbooked for this week, but are still taking appointments. Why would a business ever do that???? That could only lead to upset customers and miserable employees. She told me that if I don't like the long waits, I could go elsewhere.
Management clearly has no respect or consideration for their customers or employees.
I will never buy another car from this dealership. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership. Each and every time I have visited for simple routine maintenance, it has taken 3+ hours and that is with a scheduled appointment. The fact that they are overbooked, but still taking appointments says it all.

"No Service" Department
They're sales department may be great but their service department leaves much to be desired. I spent THREE HOURS there getting a simple oil change and tire rotation. There seems to be plenty of mechanics as they are wandering around all over the place. Do they actually work? I'm not so sure. It should take this long for something this simple. Unfortunately, to keep the warranty in place, I have to bring it to the dealership. Think I'm going to look for a different dealership to work withi.

My personal experience buying a car, from hollar Hyundai in winter park, has been fantastic. From the first day I walked in until now, everything has been really great. Those that I have had the pleasure of working with from the sales team, are very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I am a customer for life, and I have referred your dealership and those I have had the pleasure of working with to all my friends.

Service is lousy
Have two Genesis, which are great cars. Getting service at Holler Hyundai isn't worth my time anymore so have just set up service with Mike the Mechanic in Winter Garden. Needed brakes changed and oil and transmission fluids changed but could never get a service advisor to call back to price up after leaving several messages. This is typical at this dealership. In addition to this incident, the service department sets up "appointments" for service but the term is used loosely because its not an appointment to begin work; its an appointment to "check- in". So if you think you have a 7 AM appointment to change the oil and show up then, it turns out that was the time to check-in. They may not get to your car until 10 AM, which has happened to me on numerous occasions. Moreover, if you want an oil change one would think you could easily get in within a day of making an appointment. Not here. You may be waiting a week or two or more. I don't find this group to be adequately managed and they don't deserve my business.

Holler Hyundai is Great
Jamie was wonderful as my advisor. The process was quick and easy, and she addressed concerns I had with my car with care/compassion. Upon pickup of my car, I saw that my car had a mark on the side that wasn't there before. Jamie quickly reviewed the footage and saw that it was in fact not there prior to my arrival, she quickly found a solution and I'm very grateful for her!!
