Great service
My experience with the Pohanka Hyundai dealership has been fantastic for the almost 7 years I have owned my 2013 Sonata. Sean in the Service Department has handled most of my business with Pohanka, and he has always done an exemplary job of: explaining what needs to be done, providing an accurate estimate, and all while being friendly and gracious.

Jacqueline was very helpful, courteous and professional. The service on my car was completed when I told it would be. I was kept notified by text. Waiting area was set-up for social distancing and the customers respected the distancing.

Service department review
This place was okay. Service department was not expedient in completing my repair. When the vehicle was returned to me, my engine light came on again. I'm still waiting for the parts to come in for the repair to be completed. I have been able to drive my car in the interim.

I came into the service department on April 10, 2020. My wife's engine on her Sonata had just locked up on me. Kirsten was my advisor, she provided excellent customer service, was very informative, and assuring. Her manager Miguel, as well went above beyond in my book for finding a solution to a situation. I'm sure if I went somewhere else, I'd be (SOL). Also shootout to Asia, who also treated me kind and provide excellent customer. I will definitely return for future service. Thank you service team!

PHENOMENAL SERVICE! NO WORRIES!
I received phenomenal customer service on Wednesday. Brittany was my service agent and she took great care of me. I did not have to worry about a thing. I told her that I need to get done and she handled it accordingly. I came in to get my 60,000 miles service and to get new break pads put on. My car is running great. Brittany also gave me the full inspection of my vehicle and told me what I need to get done next (NEW TIRES!). She gave me options and great advice. Brittany is one of the best, if not the top, service agents at Pohanka Hyundai!

Mr. Tolton is the Best Service Manager I've Ever Worked With
This dealership actually makes it easy for a person with a job to get their car serviced. Open on Sundays. Staff is there at 6:30a to drop your car off and take you to the nearest subway. They have an Enterprise drop-off for when you have to return a rental and pick up your car. And Service Manager, Mr. Sean Tolton, actually explains the process as they service your vehicle and he provides options instead of trying to scare you into going the most expensive route.

Not Again!
After incurring a second major mechanical breakdown within the past 18 months (this time it was a catastrophic failure of the hybrid system) I've decided to 'get out' of this vehicle. Through out my relationship with Pohanka I've come to know the shop as second to none and the employees as extremely friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. While they have done everything in their power to maintain my car almost as new, it is Hyundai's fault for rolling out a vehicle fraught with many defectives and poorly designed components. Guys, I tip my hat to your service and personal attention you've given me but I've maxed out every manufactures and insurance warranty by logging 130K on this car and fear my next $4500 repair bill will be on me!
