Been going here for a couple years. I've had my ups and downs here but overall they get it done. Service department always takes good care of me & my wife. Both of us have Hyundai's so McGrath is our go to for service. Oil changes went up but what isn't in Chicago.

Costs

I realize that costs go up but dealerships are far too expensive for anything other than an oil change. Replacing a bulb in your facility is ridiculous. I buy the bulbs myself and my husband changes them. I know you have overhead but it’s simply too costly. Service is wonderful and I love all the people there. Too bad the car washes are leaving.

2017 Santa Fe was burning too much oil so McGrath performed oil consumption tests, then determined that a repair was necessary. Provided me a loaner car, returned my car to me quicker than anticipated. Friendly, courteous throughout the process. So far so good after the repair.
