Great Service Overall

I have used McGrath twice now for regular service checkups on two different vehicles and have been very satisfied. The check in process is easy, service times are quick, and there are plenty of places to wait comfortably throughout the location. If you prefer to leave the premises for a bite to eat, they will call you the second your vehicle is ready. I will most definitely be coming back!

Team work.

There seems to be a really cohesive team of techs and service liaisons working at this location. Service has always been either on time or slightly ahead of schedule. This type of experience leaves me with the impression that servicing Hyundai vehicles and their owner is an intentional process of building a strong, mutually beneficial relationship between customers and the Hyundai brand.

I think I will continue to be a McGrath City Hyundai loyalist up to the point that my car dies or the business exchanges ownership.
