I feel it necessary to send a rescore of 5 due to the level of customer service exhibited in the follow up I have received regarding my concerns on my last visit to service my vehicle.

I would most definitely recommend McGrath to a friend or family member. The teams follow up is exceptional and it makes a customer feel that they are truly being heard.

Bad Service

Brought car in for service for an airbag light on dashboard. Car was fixed and light disappeared but steering wheel was left way off center. Brought car back immediately after it was given to me. Car was never test driven even though steering assembly had been fixed. Steering wheel was fixed 2/3 but still a bit off Centered. Decided not to bring car back as work is not of quality that I am accustomed to with other dealer.
