Great Sevice

Great Service, in my mind, must include respectful attitude, and a willingness to make things right if necessary. Mike White Ford employees offer this consistently, beginning with a friendly, profession check-in experience, followed by a shuttle ride with driver, LouGene. Her sunny spirit contributes to a great morning experience. (I know she'll forgive me if I misspelled her name). I'm sure I'm not the only customer who treasures her.
Mike Ford is a swell guy, he and has "gone the extra mile" for me when my car had repeated problems. He immediately offered a rental car at his expense. I have seen how he greets his employees in the mornings: it is apparent that he treasures every one of them. I like giving my business to people who are great bosses like Mike White. We need more of them in this world.

It's a great band of Brothers

As always I was in for a oil change and they did a great job but as a few weeks passed and the snow melted I discovered a oil leak so when I talked to a friend of mine Scotty he suggested I bring it in so he could check it out and he discovered that the oil plug was stripped out and slightly leaking... so they did a quick swap out of plugs and I was on my way...no charge... Great job guys... that's what keeps me coming back ?
