Expensive
Went in for LOF that alone cost $89.95 found I needed a new air filter and at 55,000 miles I understand that cost $34.42. Said my rear brakes needed to be changed cost estimate for parts and labor would be $571.88. The last time I was in they indicated green status now red I drove this very little approx. 5,000 miles since last check. Told me next service would need to have differentials serviced and again I understand that told me approximate price but did not get that estimate but expensive. I noticed that from the conversations people were having with the service staff everyone had additional costs to whatever work they were having done. It makes me rather suspicious that the staff is under orders or a requirement to add to the persons bill.
I'm not sure if I would recommend this business or not, when I have my tires rotated at Les Schwab I'll ask them to check the brakes and provide me with a price quote.

The verdict is still out.
While this trip was pleasant, although it was s simple service ... I've still a great many that have not been including the fleecing I took when 'coerced' into a maintenance agreement at the time of purchase. Which will forever, unless honored in the spirit it was sold to me, will result in my active passion to forever NOT recommend buying a vehicle from your operation. And yes ... I would encourage someone of consequence to call me to discuss that 'maintenance package' ... if you've the brass to do so.

Made on line appointment to have oil changed in vehicle we purchased from Mike White last fall. This was the first change and it was very pleasant. We were a little early and they got us in right away. The service technician said it would about an hour, but in fact was done earlier. It was a painless experience . Thank you
