Great service
This company has also gone above and beyond to help me out with any issues that I have had with my car. Always making sure that it is ready to go when requested. If an issue when picking up then they took care of it right then and replaced the part son e they had it in stock.

Front End Service Technician, Chris Deen, is EXCELLENT. Which every service department had a Chris Deen. Very personable and knowledgeable taking time to explain what’s going to be done, answer any of my questions and makes every effort to make my experience a great one.

Good customer service and honesty
The only issue I have sometimes is getting an appointment but if you just show up when they open they will work you in for service.

Easy, convient, trustworthy & knowledgeable Service.
Chris Deen is totally knowledgeable about my car, and it is great to have someone you can trust when dealing with a nice car as I have. It's easy to follow his lead regarding what is needed, and not needed. Best relationship I've ever had with a Service Professional as Chris Deen is over the 5 decades I've dealt with car repairs and/or maintenance. I used to hate to go into and deal with Service Managers. Once Don Lathem took over the dealership, that all changed.

Also, it is very easy to just use the shuttle. I've got medical disabilities, but I've decided that the shuttle is easier than the loaner car I can get with the service plan I have. Chris Deen just makes servicing my 2 Hyundai cars way easy for me.

Excellent service
I went to Parkway to to let them know I had sold my 2007 Sonata and replaced it with a 2017 Sonata. They told me the 2017 had a recall notice (minor). I made an appointment and and brought the car in. I was told how long the service would take and I was on my way in less than an hour. They gave me a coupon for a free car wash!

Parkway Hyundai is #1
Parkway Hyundai of Wilmington is a great place to do business with. We have had our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited since 2012 and to have the normal service and to have major repairs, such as brakes, alignment, tires, etc, I have called Chris Deen and he has been very helpful in getting our car in and out in a timely manner. I wouldn't take our car anywhere else, because I know that y'all look after a customers car as if it was your own car.

I would recommend Parkway Hyundai to anyone looking for a great car or SUV.
