Always have excellent communication from sales (Hart) to service department (Deen). My car is my office, having full confidence in knowing I will always have access to 24/7/365 transportation is critical and i get that with warranty, roadside assistance, and currently having access to a loaner car because a recalls.

Friendly and Efficient
The service department is always helpful when it comes to scheduling. I am a teacher so I have to work around my pay schedule. The service department helps me plan my appointments around pay day.

Very disappointed to learn that Hyundai has chosen to separate the Genesis brand from hyundai.

Awsome
We were from out of town and needed to start our trip home when one of our tires went flat and had to be towed to the dealer. Chris got us our tire replaced in several hours and we only lost 1 day of our trip 460 mile trip home. THANKS !!!!

Worked with extended warranty company
A little short handed on the day i brought it in.they worked on it the next day but part had to be ordered ,alternator took two days to come in. Suv works fine after repair..luckily I didn't need the car right a way.

Who in the h%#l decided to drop the Genesis line of autos, ? I am completely lost to under stand this move, driving from North Myrtle Beach SC is fine but if someone thinks I'm driving to Atlanta or Charleston their nuts. I guess I'm going to have to switch to another brand.

This particular service they went above and beyond what was asked for.today recall I wasn't even aware of and replace the battery that apparently was bad which I also wasn't aware of. Very pleased with the thoroughness of the service
