Never again
After personally calling 3 separate times to confirm my 9am apt was set for an oil change in addition to assessing my check engine light and fixing the recall, I still walked and was told the apt was just for my oil change. After waiting for my car all day I texted the provided number and recieved no response. Then was called and told my car would not be ready until the following morning. The reason given being that they did not start on the car until after lunch and we’re unaware of the engine light and recall. Only after a lengthy conversation we’re they convinced to ensure my car would be ready by closing. Then when picking up my car, I asked a question and was made to feel stupid by the employee as if the answer was obvious. The notorious awful car guy honestly. I will say the job was completed so that’s good, but I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I loved my dealership back in Raleigh and it is honestly worth the 2 hour drive to get my service done there. Completely unacceptable service.

I am always pleased with the service that Parkway Hyundai provides. The work is completed in a timely fashion. I trust the personnel that I have dealt with over the past 10 years and will continue to use them and purchase vehicles from them. Chris Deen, my service advisor, always provides me with honest assessments as to what needs to be done to keep my vehicle in great running condition. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was scheduled for the day it was supposed to be an ice storm. I canceled my online appt and then changed my mind. They were able to still get me in for service that day. Thank you Chris & the young lady at the desk next to him. I'm so sorry I don't remember her name. Please forgive me.

An exceptional service experience from beginning to end. Chris was ready for me when I walked in, and kept me updated every step of the way, recommending replacement of wear parts that I wouldn’t have thought to ask for. I was in and out in far less time than was budgeted for this call, and the visit cost me half of what I expected because no unnecessary work was done.
