Great effort. Problem with idle stop remains.
Idle stop does not work even with new battery and locking door over night a few days. The idle stop technology may need to be improved

Chris Deem my service provider was a great communicator by first listening to my concerns and then provided his full attention and action to provide service that gave me confidence that my Hyundai Santa Fe would be both dependable and safe on the road. Get the job done.
It is not often when the advisor goes out of his way to establish the issue and then get the work done even though the car was not scheduled for work. Brought it in at 10:am and was returned by 4:00 pm the same day.

The staff worked tirelessly to determine why the idle stop was not working. After much testing they determined lack of driving left my battery only half charged. The idle stop has been disabled since to protect the battery

Cheerful, helpful employees the second you enter the door.
Not only did the dealership contact me for my cars recall, they made it very easy to bring it in at a time that was convenient for me. The work was completed in the time frame they told me it would, and my car was very clean inside when i returned to pick it up. All in all, my experience was that the employees were very helpful and personable, and the service completed very professionallly!

Although I had made appointment on line three or four days in advance and received confirmation, the service paperwork was not printed out ahead of time and service personnel had to look up. Not sure what the problem was
