Great Car at Great Dealer
The staff at Parkway are great to work with. They are courteous and ready to help you the moment you walk in. They even told us a service was not needed yet instead of doing it anyway just to make more money.

Service at its best!
I had a problem trying to start my Hyundai Sonata the other morning. It was dead...would not respond to remote key and would not unlock the trunk. I ended-up jump starting it from our other Sonata, then drove to the dealership for service. I described the problem which included a dead battery & an occasional whining or spinning sound coming from the starter. The technician fixed the starter and initially the battery tested okay; however, they tested it the next morning and there was a problem. They recommended that I purchase a new battery, which I did. A portion of the starter repair was covered by my extended warranty. I received excellent service at Parkway Hyundai and I recommend their service department.

Just What is Needed
The service advisor is always helpful, doesn’t recommend unnecessary work and addresses the issue that I’m there for. He knows me by name and cares about the service that we receive.

They fixed the problem. A local garage could not
Air conditioning died at 130,000 miles.
We just bought a Kia soul and it needed a 5,000 repair right away. Almost used the lemon law.
