Great Service
The maintenance was done as expected: efficient and on time. Cost could be more reasonable. Disappointed that there was no car wash done as was done in the past. This was a nice feature.

Needs improvement.
Extremely loyal to the Hyundai brand. However being accused of not purchasing the vehicle at the dealership and being told I replaced a bumper on a brand new car was unacceptable. Especially before my name was pulled in the system. Untrained in design changes and accusing the customer of something was extremely unnecessary. The sales team was great and haven’t had any issues otherwise.

Parkway makes service visits pleasurable which is very atypical for customers that are used to be hustled by other dealers. Hyundai's Service Manager always takes care of you needs, as well as Mr Don Lathem who owns the dealership.
Great service, no debating over what needs to do be done. Just honest great folks to deal with. I always ask for Chris Dean. I do not worry about the service that is needed because i trust Chis Dean. GREAT DEALERSHIP --- From a patron who has used 5 decades of dealership. I like Parkway so much, i do not even mind eating for the service to be provided, and I do have a plan that gives me loaner car when mine is being serviced.

Happy Customer
I love the coffee and the waiting area. The service people are always so friendly and I have never waited more than a hour for my car. I love the fact that they are open on Saturdays for service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.  I apologize for the lengthy wait time, we were a little backed up that day and that should have been communicated with you in a timely manner.  Also, like Helen mentioned on the phone, we no longer have a detail department on-site.  We understand it may be a slight inconvenience driving to another location which is why we are giving complimentary "full" service wash instead of "exterior" only to our customers while we are renovating our detail department. We will strive to provide quicker service in the future.
