Excellent Service. Promises Kept.
Chris Deen is our Service Advisor, and he does an excellent job telling us what he needs to do and how long it will take. He always meets or betters his commitments. That has always been our experience at Parkway—all of the staff makes visiting there a pleasure.

They were polite, they helped me find coupons to lower my cost, they gave me a shuttle ride to and from work, and they gave me a gift card for a car detailing.

I have been using Parkway Hyundai to service my 2015 Hyundai Genesis since I bought from them. They are always professional, courteous and friendly. The service is great, performed in a timely manner and competitively priced. Strongly recommend!

New door handle
Excellent service with the actual work. Just took way too long to get from notification of problem to Parkway to the service was actually performed. More than twice the length of time compared to the other 3 door handle issues. Someone at Parkway dropped the ball.

Vacation
We were driving to our vacation at Carolina beach. Our Sonata cut off and then the engine started making loud clanking noises. We had ot towed to Parkway and it turns out it needed a new engine. It was a direct result of the recall. They kept us informed all week and we were able to pick it up on Friday. Chris kept was great to work with step-by-step service was awesome.

I have always experienced excellent customer service at Parkway. Josh at the service desk is very professional, courteous and friendly as is the shuttle driver. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Parkway and will also look to them for my next purchase.
