Cael and Ben are amazing!
Cael and Ben are the best service advisors. Unfortunately we have been frequent flyers in the service department but they always make us feel heard and taken care of.

Started with a simple oil change and was told it would take 1 hour. Ended up taking 2 1/2 hours due to other things.

good people, waiting is made fun, and it's just like walking into a Starbucks !!!
When this virus thing is over, popcorn will be welcome I am sure.....you always make people feel like you REALLY DO CARE about us, not just a business to make money........Hyundai has made my car buying and maintaining experience always a pleasure and make me want to come back again for my next car. Lots of issues with the service advisers
And always trying to make it the most expensive visit every time.

I apologize for your frustration. I can understand how you are feeling about your vehicle. Our service advisors make recommendations according to your vehicle's mileage and what Hyundai recommends. If you are dissatisfied with any additional warranty purchases, I can direct you to one of our finance managers who will be glad to help you. We are happy to also look at the paint chips on your car and help you in any way that we can. Great technician
This last time my service was wonderful! My technician was very capable and great. He noticed one of tires pressure was low, and found a nail. He fixed my tire for free! He was also very fast in my service.

FRIENDLY SERVICE
My 2017 Sonata Hybrid was the biggest car buying mistake I've made since that Edsel. In the last 60 days since replacing the transmission the car as failed to start 18 times, been towed to three different dealerships. The car as lost 2/3 rds of its value in 3 years. But the service was FRIENDLY to tell me nothing is wrong.

They did what I requested
I asked that they set my tire Pressure at 35PSI.It turns out that the rear was at 32psi and the front was at 35psi.I think that the tech needs to pay attention.If he looks at the Tire Pressure Label on the drivers side Door it says 35psi.What gives with that????
