Our wait time was only three or four minutes before service rep checked us in. He was quite friendly and explained what to expect and approximately how long it would take. They completed the service fifteen minutes early. Great job!

Wow..
Holy crap am I impressed with the murdock service department. They are super courteous and aren’t pushy, they recommend services I actually need and at a great price! Plus with this whole COVID-19 crap they clean every seat shortly after a customer leaves the seat, always wearing gloves, and are sanitizing pens at the cashiers! I was a little disappointed when I saw the soda machine was out of service, but then I found out they’re giving out free cans of pop and water bottles!! The Murdock Team always leaves me impressed and feeling I got my money’s worth! Keep it up guys!!

Quick and efficient
Stopped in for a schedule oil change and was out within 20 minutes. The gentleman that took my keys remembered my vehicle and made sure to update me promptly when my vehicle was ready. I appreciate the quick and efficient service.
