Excellent Service
Murdock Hyundai is an amazing dealership. The Service Department is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond expectations.
I personally dealt with Cael, who answered every question and concern I had related to the warranty replacement of my transmission. In addition to that he took care of other repairs that I did not even mention. I did inform him that my husband was hospitalized with Covid in another California, and I needed to get there as soon as possible. My car was ready for pick up the following day. I can not say enough positive things about Murdock Hyundai, their Staff, and specifically Cael.

Good service
It's nice to see good customer service at work. There service team is very attentive and helpful. It's clear they are will trained and managed. The waiting area is pleasant with several amenities like coffee and comfortable chairs. Offering Lyft is a valuable service. Overall, the service department tries to work quickly. They're very busy but it looks like they keep their staff at sufficient levels to keep up with the workload.

Quick and Efficient Service
I drove my car into the service area. My car was taken from there, serviced, and returned sooner than I had anticipated. The customer service was great as well. A nice friendly environment.

I had my daughter bring my car over for service. The staff were very nice to her and made sure that she knew where to wait and answered any and all questions that she had, Landon checked my steering with all the issue I had and found the problem and made sure the car was safe to drive. Thank you for your service and help.
