The service department was friendly and fast. I packed my laptop and planned on an hour of work and barely got 30 min.

I love this place..

I have purchased most of my cars through private sales. So when I bought from Mike White Ford I had no idea what to expect after I made my purchase. They have treated me very well and have always been courteous and professional when I take my car in for oil changes. I highly recommended this place to purchase a car.

Car hood replacement

I ordered a new hood for my 2017 Explorer in April as the paint was blistering on the front of the hood. It did not arrive until December. My appointment was scheduled for Dec 13@ 7:00 a.m.
I also asked for an oil change. I was notified I needed new brakes. I received my car today, Dec 16. Everything looks good.

Usually great, not this time

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair. I was told, no problem, they have done tire patches for us in the past. I asked if I should wait or take shuttle to work. Brent was going to check...never heard, waited an hour, then I noticed shuttle was getting ready to leave, tried to ask him if I should go and got ignored. I ended up jumping in the shuttle so I could get to work. When I returned to Ford, I was told they could not patch the tire because it already had a plug? I was confused? In the past, they instructed us to put in a plug until we could get it to them to patch. Cole took over and tried to help us. He said sorry for miscommunication, it will be done. We waited over an hour, thought the truck was done, when we got home, noticed no patch had been done and tires were not rotated (which was part of the service that we paid for). Seems like lately haven't been getting the great service we used to get. bummer. We have bought all of our vehicles there, have them all serviced there. Disappointed. Paid for oil change and tire rotation...hopefully oil was actually changed, because I know the tire rotation was not done.

White's service dept is outstanding. They're always courteous, prompt and professional. We brought our vehicle in for normal maintenance and we were in/out in about an hr.
