Vehicle was immediately brought in at the appropriate time for my appointment. Staff was friendly and worked with me to solve all my questions with solutions that work in my world and schedule.

Fast & efficient

Surprised how fast they serviced my Bronco Sport! Maybe 40 minutes for oil, rotation, inspection, and a couple minor things. Plus it was easy to book service online.

First time here - Great Job

Have been driving Fords for years and usually take advantage of “The Works” service. We just moved to the CDA area so had never been to Mike White Ford. Web site easy to make an appointment and appointments were available just a few days out. Arrived at the dealer and immediately greeted. I waited and vehicle was done a few minutes earlier than promised. Since they service all makes I have already made an appointment to get my Jeep serviced. Previous Ford dealer I went to did not give appointments for express service so this was really convenient.

Friendly staff, but had to make a return trip to correct glove box alignment

The service staff is always very nice! I needed to return the next day after noticing my glove box was not aligned properly. The cabin filter is located behind that area and so when it was checked, the service technician didn't realize the glove box was not put back in alignment. Thankfully it wasn't broken. It only took a few minutes to correct, but bummer I had to make another trip back the next day, a bit out of my way.

Oil Change

My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 on a Friday. I arrived about 10 minutes early. They took me in when I arrived. The oil change took right about an hour like they stated it would. They did a multipoint inspection and rotated my tires. The price for all of this was cheaper than any other local large or small shop.

Regular oil change and tire rotation service

Always excellent service going to Mike White Ford. Service personal are friendly and take the time to explain any additional service that might be needed. Next day after my last service I received a call from the service department that they were crediting my credit card for a tire rotation service that was not needed and was not performed. Very honest service department.

Scheduled maintenance on my 2020 Ranger

Every scheduled maintenance that ive had performed there….the work itself is great…however now that my free oil changes and tire rotations are over i will not return……every single time I've sat in the main lobby for up to an hour after my truck was finished and not one person came to tell me it was ready to go. Every time i had to go to the service desk after i got tired of waiting waaaay past the time i was told it would be finished and that i would recieve a call telling me so…i never got a call I had to go look for myself until I saw my truck just sitting there…tucked away on the lot…..
