The service team did a good job with the multipoint inspection. The service desk did a good job explaining what was to be done and the results of their work.

The Gentlemen in the Mike White Ford service center were very professional and was ready to take my vehicle that I had scheduled a service for. The car was returned in short order and I was on my way.

Another great experience
My wife's vehicle needed an oil change, tire rotation, and new rear brakes. The service was all done on time and well. They kept me updated on the timing, and I chose to wait in their lounge, drink coffee, and get some work done. Super smooth and effortless experience every time I'm here. They do great work.

Terrible level of service
Being told that my appointment time was just a drop off time and that because I didn't stay while the service was being done on my car other vehicles were serviced before mine is unacceptable. I set an appointment time for a reason. I didn't just do in and hope my car would be worked on. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience. The last time I brought my car in a similar situation happened. On another instance I had one of the service guys fight with me over what was covered by my warranty and what wasn't. He was adamant that it wasn't and I knew it was. I opted not for the service, then when I brought it in again and decided to have the service completed, I was guest quoted a price and when it was time to pay for the service...... it was covered by my warranty. 3 different instances of not stellar service!!!!!

Diesel service
When my truck indicated an oil change was due, my usual Ford service center was booked a month out. I was able to get an appointment right away at Mike White Ford. The check in was quick and they had my truck ready in 2 hours. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall a good experience.

they tell me an hour for service...done in 55 min....outstanding....

now I wish Ford would get their act together and provide them with trucks to sell
