Usually great, not this time
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair. I was told, no problem, they have done tire patches for us in the past. I asked if I should wait or take shuttle to work. Brent was going to check...never heard, waited an hour, then I noticed shuttle was getting ready to leave, tried to ask him if I should go and got ignored. I ended up jumping in the shuttle so I could get to work. When I returned to Ford, I was told they could not patch the tire because it already had a plug? I was confused? In the past, they instructed us to put in a plug until we could get it to them to patch. Cole took over and tried to help us. He said sorry for miscommunication, it will be done. We waited over an hour, thought the truck was done, when we got home, noticed no patch had been done and tires were not rotated (which was part of the service that we paid for). Seems like lately haven't been getting the great service we used to get. bummer. We have bought all of our vehicles there, have them all serviced there. Disappointed. Paid for oil change and tire rotation...hopefully oil was actually changed, because I know the tire rotation was not done.

Service Dept
White's service dept is outstanding. They're always courteous, prompt and professional. We brought our vehicle in for normal maintenance and we were in/out in about an hr.

Only problem I had was I had to sit outside and wait 15 minutes to bring my car in. I was there at my appointment time but there were cars lined up inside.

No Follow Up, Very little Info given
I still am yet to receive a follow up call on my tires, called for another tech today and left a message. No one has looked into why I'm 20,000 miles into my tires and they are in the red. This is the second time in a row this has happened to me buying tires here. There has to be something wrong with the manufacturer or my car but I had to bring it up that this is happening again. They also turned my lights off auto which I never do and I was driving around with my kids last night with the lights off until I noticed. Didn't rotate my tires and they did not tell me that. I noticed when I got home because no one went over the report with me like they usually do. So they overcharged me and told me to come back and get it. Then called back and said it has to be a check. This is all info they should have given me and options for tires. Said they would check into the warranty today on Monday and it's now 3 pm and no phone call.

Hidden shiipping charge
I was quoted a price of $1062 by Ashton for 4 Falcen Wildpeaks 275 65 -18. When I ordered them over the phone with Vince, there was no mention of a $108 shipping charge until I went to have them installed on 11-11-22. I decided to go ahead with the deal at this point, but this was not the business arrangement I thought I was setting up upon ordering tires. I have never heard of paying for tires advertised by the company charging for delivery. I would have just bought some tires in stock at some place and saved delivery charges. None of my peers have heard of such an arrangement. I could have walked away but I didn't. Both Ashton and Vince were very helpful and professional other than this lack of intel. Might be staff meeting issue.

Service and tire Rotation
Quick service in and out with in an hour. Both filters needed replaced. so I had them do the cabin as I can can do the filter.

Always good service
I am always happy with the service at Mike White Ford. It is always timely and reasonably priced. They were kind of busy and must be new people. For the first time they didn't go over the 17 point check with me and when they were done with the truck they didn't take out the plastic seat cover, paper floor protector or number card hanging from rearview mirror. Not a big deal but the little things matter. I still like the service and will continue getting service there.
