Easy to schedule online, prompt service at the counter, and the service was done well and on time. I had to attend a virtual meeting while the work was being done, and Brent suggested a perfect out-of-the way corner for me to handle the meeting.

Upon arriving home, I noticed that the tonneau cover was not adjusted as requested. In fact, the adjustment screw was missing.

Today, when attempting to check the tire pressures, I found that the tires were improperly mounted with no way to get to the inner tire schraeder valve. I think this warrants some training.

Things have changed!

I used to be able to come in for an oil change and get a diagnostic of any issues my car might be having. NOW, not only do I need to return for that diagnostic, but I get to pay over $100 to have it done. THEN I get to return a third time and have the repairs done. Shouldn't you at least deduct the cost of the diagnostic from the repair bill? As you reported, I have a "very large oil leak" (I knew that already). You cannot get me in for 6 weeks to tell me I have an oil leak. By the time it is fixed, I might not have any oil left and my car might be ruined. I am very disappointed in my latest visit.

I always receive excellent customer service. Everyone is polite, attentive and helpful. Honestly the best car dealer service I have ever experienced in my almost 40 years of driving. Highly recommend.

Good service

The only concern is not being able to enjoy the Ford coverage of the included oil, oil filter change, and tire rotation at another Ford dealership. When I showed up at Frontier Ford of San Jose, CA, the service clerk wanted me to pay for a package I already purchased. I should not have to call my primary dealer nor drive almost 2000 miles for an oil change. I was on the road and was told this service was complimentary. I was proved wrong. Please fix the miscommunication. Thanks

Awesome experience every time. I just wish the dealership would lower the cost of simple maintenance items like cabin filter. The service advisor said it would be 57 dollars and I can get it for 19. It’s a simple replacement. Otherwise

Install new tires

When planning to order tires, I was given excellent input on which tire would best fit my driving habits. No pressure, just good data and comparison. The service was excellent, especially when they were able to complete the job quickly so I could make it to another appointment that morning.
