I've never experienced anything other than 5 star service from this service dept

This service dept is one of the reasons I've continue to purchase new Hyundai vehicle (I'm currently on my 4th in 14 years).
They are quick, easy to deal with and they don't pressure you to complete other recommended work. Every person I've worked with in the service department is phenomenal.

That’s the way I feel when I bring my car in for service over the last 2.5 years that I have owned my Santa Fe. My Service Manager, Ben is always helpful and informative. I’ve never had a problem or have needed to go back again to readdress an issue. It’s an easy process working with this dealer. My husband has a Genesis and feels the same way.

Valerie we are very sorry that this was not the service experience you are used to receiving from us.

We've been together such a very long time now, from the 2009 Sonata, to the 2013 Elantra, to the 2018 Santa Fe, to the 2018 Elantra, and now the 2019 Santa Fe. While we do have many multiple Hyundai families, you certainly are among the most faithful and loyal. We would very much like to make this up to you. Although I can assure you both that Ben did apply your $5.00 off coupon, and our technician Shayne did test your battery, nothing can make up for you leaving us and still having unaswered questions.

We always want to answer any of your quesitons any time you are here with us or if you have questions about your vehicle after servicing. I would very much like to speak with you directly so we can both review this particular visit and also so we can find a way to make this right and restore our long standing relationship.

The BEST

I wish they would screw up so I could write a bad review as I get bored and run out of ideas for a great review.
All I can again say l buy my cars here because of Ben my service rep and Michael the service manager.
I brought my wife's car in for service in the AM and looked for the coffee and muffins they always have. There was none
because of the virus. Ben saw my sadness and went and bought some bagels and cream cheese for me. What other Dealership would do that.

why I keep coming back

This dealership in the service department is superb. The head of the service department is Mike Southern. He is always available to discuss any issues that I may have. My service advisor is Ben Girard. Ben is a common sense guy who is very knowledgable about the cars he deals with. The major factor I believe that makes this service department so good is that I know they will not recommend a repair they do not feel is needed for safety or is not prudent to prevent breakdowns or other issues developing.
