As always Ben makes having to bring my Genesis in for service a pleasure. He is without a doubt the best service advisor I’ve had at any dealership and I’ve had several high end vehicles. Always accommodating and delivers on his promises. My husband actually dropped off my car this last time and commented on Ben as to what a great experience it was. He’s seriously contemplating waiting for the new Genesis SUV to be available and leave Cadillac because the experience was so good.

Impressive knowledgeable considerate Service

I had my first oil change & tire rotation service and when I arrived was greeted immediately by a gentleman who informed me that Ben was finishing up with a customer and would be right with me and offered me a water. Ben ran through the information with me and asked if I would like a car wash then estimated total time to be about an hour. I went for a walk while I waited and got a call 45minutes later that I was all set. They have great attention to detail and it’s evident that they hold themselves to a high standard.

They Changed My Oil

I bought my Hyundai here and will continue to have it serviced here as long as it is under warranty. I came for an oil change. They changed my oil. Nothing to get too excited about.
