Best Service in Town
In all my years of dealing with Service Personnel at various dealers in different cities, Ben at Hyundai is the best.
Not only are the facilities clean, but the entire staff is friendly and courteous. When I bring the car in, Ben and I go over what work to be performed. When the car is ready, within the time indicated, Ben goes over what work was performed, and what might need attention in the future. Ben is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and very professional. No pressure is ever applied to get the future work performed now. You never get a sales pitch to have work performed that is not needed, like some dealers try to do.
Words cannot express how professional they are.

Best service advisor
I have been bringing my Genesis to Ben at the North Scottsdale Hyundai dealership since I’ve been driving the Genesis brand which is since 2014. This is my second. He is a large part of the reason I stay with the brand. As a business owner I know the value of an excellent employee and Ben Girard is at the top of the ladder at his position. Earnhardt is very fortunate to have him on their team.

When a vendor appreciates a client there is only one way to show the client; provide service which is excellent; thoughtful and better than expected. This vendor checks every box and then some. Their personnel couldn’t do more to make us happy.
