Knowledgeable, courteous, prompt.
Ben Girard was helpful, knowledgeable. And very patient with my scheduling issues. Everything was explained and my questions answered. My car was vacuumed and washed. And the courtesy car was fun to drive.

Since 2013, I have purchased two cars here already and will be getting the next one here as well. During those 7+ years, every single person I have dealt with has always exceeded my expectations and gone beyond to take care of my needs. I was in the luxury jewelry business for my entire life and no one know top quality customer service as well as I do.

The dealer did fine
I have no complaint about the service. My problem is that I needed a new battery less than two years after buying the car.

Batteries always seem to fail at the worst possible times.  Here in Phoenix most batteries last two years (or two summers) our heat is just really hard on them.  The good news is we test batteries whenever the car is in for service and we often can predict a battery that is on its way out, and we'll prepare you now, two years from now that battery will be suspect once again.
