Good Product, Good CUSTOMER Service

This is our second Earnhardt Genesis and the experience has always been pleasant from start (purchase of the car) to day-to-day service interactions and the driving experience. We recently completed a 4,000+ mile trip to the east and returned to home for the scheduled 30,000-mile service. I thought the car ran great on the trip, then I was surprised that the performance was even better after the service!

My service advisor Ben was friendly and professional. I recently relocated from CA and did not realize the need for more frequent service per year for oil changes and battery checks here in AZ. I was grateful for the advice! The car was completed well before scheduled and returned to me clean and vacuumed. All in all a great first experience with Earnhardt Service Dept !

Great Service - Better Communication

This Hyundai dealer is top notch. From the moment you step inside and are greeted, you know you are in good hands. While getting my Elantra serviced, I was pleasantly suprised to be offered lunch on them as a food truck, Don's tacos I believe showed up and set up a buffet line. Good service, good food, can't beat it.

Now that we have everyone's attention, thank you for the great review and recommendation.
