Great, professional staff.
The most thorough explanation of every item, giving the reasons for critical issues. Ben Girard has always treated me with the greatest respect and seems interested in making my issues in relation to how pleased and satisfied I am with my 2018 Sonata. Ben is a most pleasant and professional Service Consultant and definitely a great asset to the Earnhardt organization.

Everyone was friendly and courteous they said it would be about an hour and it was about an hour I was in an out in a reasonable amount of time

I was on the road with vehicle trouble. I was told the next appt would not be for a few days. However, Ben told me to bring it in and he would try to fit me in for needed repairs. He did and the car was fixed in 4 hours after parts had to be shipped.
Friendly service and a nice facility in the service area.
Better than an previous service I received at other dealerships.

It's all about customer Service
It's the people that make the place worthwhile. My service rep, Ben, is great, friendly, explains things well and just has a great attitude. So did my salesman, Kyle. And the greeter is pleasant without being overbearing. I made my appointment, needed to drop the car off early and ended up getting it back early, even though I didn't make a special request. This dealership does a good job without the fake smiles!!
