We are a Hyundai Family of Cars
We have just purchased our 6th & 7th Hyundai's from Earnhardt Hyundai. Our first Hyundai was a 2005 and the next two were 2009 Hyundai Sonata's. We have continue to buy from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale over the past years.
We just love the brand. Hyundai is the most reliable and stylish car on the road.
The staff is excellent, our sales person was Ibrahim Khan and he certainly knows his cars and inventory . We spoke with the sales manager Tony who remembered us from almost a year ago. What nice people to do business with.
Service department is outstanding, we always ask for Ben who takes very good care of us and our cars.

Great Service, honest answers and treatment, friendly and professional service.
On a very busy morning, Ben Gerard serviced all his customers waiting in a courteous and professional manner. The car was ready within the time frame Ben indicated. He went over work performed, and explained a couple of issues that will need attention in the future. One of the best service reps we have ever had.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided this time around. When we dropped our car off, they immediately assisted us. In two hours, we received a phone call that my car was serviced and ready for pick up.

Appointment Disappointment
Although I would still recommend Hyundai and this dealership, on this particular day I had an appointment which was a huge disappointment. I had an appointment at 10:00am and my car basically sat at the service center from 10:00am until 4:30pm with no repairs done. Because I had not received a call from the service rep all day, I had to call the service rep at 3:30pm to find out that parts had to be ordered and it would take a week. Why make an appointment when no technician is available to diagnose your vehicle at the time an appointment is scheduled? I have to bring my car back to get fixed.

Generally we do try to keep you updated throughout the repair process and wherever the breakdown occurred this day, we're sorry it left you wondering how your car was progressing through our shop.

Great service
I went to Earnhardt Hyundai for my scheduled service appointment and to take care of a couple of service recall items on my 2014 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD.
My service consultant Ben Girard was there to greet me and asked about anything else I should need. I mentioned a rear wiper sprayer leaking all over and to my surprise
it was taken care of as well.
My Santa Fe has 44K miles on it and is running great thanks to all the crew at Earnhardt Hyundai and Ben.
They treated me right.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received. They didn't try to convince me to pay for unnecessary repairs, and the brake job I had done was, cost-wise, in line with shops in my area. Friendly, efficient, and thorough.
