Ben is my service guy and he is always so professional and nice and seems to remember me so that makes me feel good since this is my third car from the dealership I would recommend this dealership! Everybody is great there!

Great Service, honest answers and treatment, friendly and professional service.
I think I am running out of adjectives in singing the praises of my Service Rep, Ben Girard. He is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. All questions are answered and all work, or potential work, is explained in detail.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided this time around. When we dropped our car off, they immediately assisted us. In two hours, we received a phone call that my car was serviced and ready for pick up.

Great customer service!
I had to take my car in for routine maintenance recently. Ben was the advisor that assisted me and was amazing. The service was quick and even though they were busy he helped me with installing something on my car. Definitely great staff and customer service.

Upon arriving for my 12:45 oil change appointment, my Service Advisor Ben greeted me. He gave me the cost and then directed me to the waiting area. After about an hour, the car was ready and I was on my way.

I have been bringing my 2011 Sonata to North Scottsdale Hyundai for service for five years. Ben Girad and his service team have continued to ruin my life long bad opinion of car dealers!!! They consistently provide top notch, polite, professional service. I recommend them highly to all.

I had Ben as my service advisor again. He’s always friendly and professional. He said I would wait about an hour, but my vehicle was ready in about 45 minutes. Under promise, over deliver.
