Always the Finest!

I continue to drive out of my way to come see Ben and Mike for all my car needs. As soon as I pull up or walk in the door, it feels like I have walked in my front door to my home. I'm treated as family, with hugs, greetings and nothing but smiles. Ben and Mike always go the extra mile to serve others and to do whats in the best interest of their needs. You have a customer for life as long as I get to work with Ben and Mike. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

Best "Ben"efit of owning a Hyundai!

When I say owning a Hyundai has been a worry free experience it is truly because I have the BEST Service Advisor ever. As long as Ben is at Earnhardt Hyundai-I am driving a Hyundai. He puts the BEN in Benefit! I always know I will be welcomed like family, given guidance on the exact service I need, be informed of the wait, and given a fair price on my service. It is always a pleasure when I have an appointment with Ben.

Good staff makes it happen - all the time!

We had a mystery with a proximity sensor that would work well and then sound the alarm when no threat was present. The mystery clarified when we realized that the false warnings came when Arizona sunshine heat soaked a particular area of car. The failing part was identified by service representative Ben, the part ordered and the fault promptly corrected.

My experience at Earnhardt Hyundai has been superb in the maintenance department. We have a 2011 Santa Fe and a 2018 Santa Fe that we have had serviced at Earnhardt Hyundai from the time we bought them new. Our service advisor has been Ben Girard. His professionalism and honest advice has made the sometimes painful process of getting a vehicle serviced seamless. I have also had interaction with Michael Southern, service manager, with the same result as my experience with his service advisor Ben Girard.
